Ask a questionTry booking for 30 days without a card. Standalone booking is 39 USD per month per business, with unlimited staff and bookings. The booking subscription is included while you have a RingDon integration. Text messages are billed at cost; Stripe processing fees apply to payments.
You can evaluate this alongside your existing tool. Separate calendars do not automatically share availability, so agree on the booking workflow before accepting appointments in both.
The system queues reminders for the day before and two hours before an appointment. Delivery requires your messaging setup. Customers can reply C to confirm; email is used when no mobile number is provided.
Connect your own Stripe account and set a fixed deposit per service or a percentage. Customers pay through Stripe Checkout.
Confirmation messages include a management link. Customers can move or cancel within your booking policy.
Phone, website chat and email workflows can use the booking API. Access and the actions each workflow may take are configured during setup.
