You only wrote to us
If you sent a message through the contact form or asked for a plan, write from the same email address and we delete that message and your details.
Done within seven days, confirmed in writing.
We run a service for you
Logs, transcripts, and assistant configuration are deleted when the service ends, or earlier if you ask.
Retention periods are listed in the Privacy Policy.
