Is this only for offices?

No. The workflows can support service businesses such as clinics, repair shops, transport firms and professional practices.

Do I need every integration?

No. Start with the workflow you need. Additional services and connections are scoped separately.

Do I replace my existing tools?

The goal is to connect supported tools you already use. Access and compatibility are checked before promising a connection.

What happens when a person is needed?

We define the contact, availability and fallback, then test the transfer or review process.

How long does setup take?

Timing is confirmed after reviewing scope, access and testing requirements.

Are the demos live?

Recordings and scripted examples are labeled. Live browser voice is not currently enabled; its request button opens the contact form. Learn more

How is pricing structured?

Setup and monthly service are separate from provider usage and any agreed extras. Current published pricing is provisional until the written scope is confirmed. Learn more

How are phone numbers and capacity priced?

The current Phone proposal includes setup of the first number. Additional numbers on the same agent add a setup fee. Rental and usage are separate; simultaneous-call capacity requires confirmation.

Where do I get help after launch?

Use your agreed support channel. The Help Center explains common requests and what information to provide.

Can I change or end the service?

Changes and termination follow your agreement. Include forwarding, permissions, billing and retained records in the handover plan.

From requirements to launch

Start with your tools, example requests and the actions you want automated. We agree scope, access and acceptance tests, then build, test and plan launch. Timing depends on the work and required approvals. Open

Setting up call forwarding

Keep your existing number where supported. Confirm forwarding options with your provider, choose when calls route to the assistant and test the fallback before enabling it for customers. Open

Connecting a calendar

Authorize only the calendars needed for the workflow. Agree read and write access, availability rules and how conflicts are handled. Test booking, changes and cancellation before launch. Open

Reviewing prepared replies

Your setup defines which replies require approval and where you review them. Confirm the recipient, facts and any prices before sending. Automatic sending is limited to the categories you approve. Open

Reviewing usage limits

Ask for the configured limits, alerts and stop behavior for each provider. A spending alert is not always a hard cap. Check how shared capacity and provider billing affect your agreed budget. Open

Finding conversation records

Available transcripts and recordings depend on the enabled service and retention settings. Your handover should identify where records live, who can access them and how to request deletion. Open

Updating business information

Send updated hours, services, pricing or approved answers through your agreed support channel. Changes to actions and routing should be reviewed and tested before publication. Open

Changing transfer contacts

Provide the new contact, working hours and a fallback if nobody answers. Arrange a transfer test after the change before relying on it for customer requests. Open

Identifying the AI assistant

The assistant should identify itself as AI and offer a route to your team. Agree any recording notice and consent process appropriate to your workflow before launch. Open

Choosing languages

Specify the languages your customers use. Confirm support for the selected agent and test representative conversations, including handoffs, before enabling them. Open

Access and deletion requests

Contact us with the service and type of records involved, without sending passwords or sensitive records in the initial message. We identify the relevant systems and confirm the applicable process and timeframe. Open

Ending the service

Check your written agreement for notice and billing terms. Plan forwarding changes, revoked permissions, exports and retention or deletion with the responsible system owners. Open
