From first ideaTo everyday help

We map the work, build the connections and test them with you. Then we launch, monitor and improve the workflows as your business evolves.

A four-week rollout framework. Your actual schedule depends on scope, access and testing.

Your rollout, at a glance
Week 1

Map the work

A written scope, connection plan and cost estimate

Stages advance automatically. You can pause or select any stage.

A clear path to launch

Each stage has a concrete outcome, so you know what is being built and what comes next.

Week 1

Map the work

Choose a useful starting point. We review the task, your tools and the access they support, then agree what AI can do and what stays with your team.

What you receive

A written scope, connection plan and cost estimate

Weeks 2 and 3

Build and test

We connect the agreed tools, configure your information and test representative cases with you. Exceptions, approvals and failed connections are part of the test.

What you receive

A working setup and test cases for your review

Week 4

Launch with oversight

After your approval, we activate the agreed workflows and monitor the initial activity. Requests that need judgment follow the handoff rules you selected.

What you receive

A live workflow with a clear escalation path

Ongoing

Review and improve

We review activity, correct issues and adjust the setup as your business changes. New actions and expanded permissions are agreed before they are enabled.

What you receive

A maintained setup with agreed review points

The boundaries are part of the build

Access with a purpose
We agree which accounts, data and providers each workflow uses. Permissions, processing and retention are reviewed for the actual setup.
A clear route to your team
Requests outside the approved scope are routed for review. For calls, we configure the transfer destination and the fallback when nobody answers.
Visibility into activity and cost
The plan defines the logs, summaries and alerts you receive, along with usage limits and what should pause or notify you when a limit is reached.

Bring the work, not a technical brief

  • A repetitive task you want to improve
  • The tools and accounts involved
  • Your rules, standard answers and representative examples
  • A person who can review tests and approve the setup
